Back pain – Sciatica

80% of people will suffer from back pain at some point in their lifetime

Low back pain affects the majority of people at some point in their life and for most there is no serious damage or disease. We’ve helped lots of people with low back pain recover and get back to their usual activities, unrestricted by pain. And because our physios not only use hands-on treatments to relieve pain but also look at the underlying causes our clients often end up stronger and fitter than before their symptoms started.

The most common back conditions we see at our clinic include:

  • Disc problems
  • Arthritis and joint pain
  • Sciatica

  • Non-specific low back pain (no obvious cause)
